Cowgirl Tuff Barrel Race

Thank you Melbys for hosting an MRA barrel and breakaway fundraiser--it turned out great and the barrel racing fund made $500!!

Candles are in and I will be delivering to barrel races prior to the finals and will bring the remainder to the MRA finals. Remember to come to the Cowgirl Tuff Co Barrel Race on Sept 26 and 27.

MRA Finals Barrel Racers:
1) Remember your top 15 gifts for each other--many girls have been going in together for a larger item.
2) We will be raking after each run!! Yeah! But I need your help. Those in the perf need to help for slack and those in slack need to help during the perf. Two contestants for each barrel.
Fri Slack
Left Barrel --Jane Melby and Sherry Wyffels
Right Barrel --- Tammy Whyte and Justine Botner
Third Barrel --- Laura Carter and Maren Luedeman

Fri Perf
Left Barrel --- Aimme Bruggeman and Sabrina Haugen
Right Barrel --- Jill Bradburn and Jolen Nordick
Third Barrel --- Sherry Sampson and Lisa Bolin

Must be in Western attire. I will post rackers after the results on Fri as that determines who is in the performance.
(we need 6 racks if you know of any company that would like to donate them or else the barrel racing account will purchase them)

Very Important:
Mandatory Meeting on Fri at 1:30pm
General Membership Meeting on
Sat at 10 am (please bring top 15 awards, be in full western attire and bring your MRA finals jacket) Following the meeting we will distribute the barrel racing awards finals awards and gifts.

*** I will also hand out a sheet with important topics that are up for discussin and a vote at our general membership meeting that could effect the barrel racing. Please be at this meeting your voice counts!!

And be thinking of who you would like to represent the barrel racers as your directors.

And I ask that all of you be available for any help that may be needed during the special rodeo on Saturday at 6pm. Our smiling faces and words of encouragement will mean a lot to those that get their shot at being cowboys and cowgirls during the special rodeo.
