FINALS ENTRY INFORMATION:
If your event does not bring in the $2000 sponsorship amount needed to pay for the saddles
Champion buckles will be awarded in place of the saddle and $20 will be added onto your entry fee at the finals to pay for the cost of the buckles.
OR
The contestants will split the remainder of the cost
